Due to personal circumstances I was unable to visit the dealership to have my Gran Coupe serviced. As a result the dealership arranged for the car to be collected, serviced and returned. I do not feel I could have asked for a better service.
The windscreen wash jets are no longer working properly
As always, the service was friendly, comprehensive and professional. One criticism - the courtesy car was dirty on the outside and the inside.
It was frustrating only finding out when I picked up my car that it had failed the MOT due to a tire issue. If this was done earlier in the day I wouldn't have had to leave my car for a week.
I had to press for the issue to be investigated. There was a lot of ambiguity in regards to warranty and what was covered etc. Car was not washed or cleaned after service.

Albeit a very helpful team, I did have to wait 20 minutes to be seen due to minimal amount of advisors available.

Had to wait for the booking and also had to wait for the bill however the service was extremely well done
As above also alternative car given if needed. Great coffee, dog biscuits a bonus. Our family are always made welcome.
Email reply from service department answered promptly with explanation of recall. Booking recall easy and on time All staff very pleasant and polite.
I did not wish to give 5 stars but the survey will not accept anything less. How ridiculous is that????

Everything was as expected
Only 4+ stars given as the part required for the original issue did not come (roof catch grommet, H&S checks by BMW?!) however the computer update was able to be done. All other aspects of service were good.
there was a problem with my condenser and was told it could be 6 wks to get a replacement, one was foind in less than a week, the courtesy car was a pleasant substitute.

Took my 420 in as a recall. Was offered a courtesy car. The courtesy car was handed over absolutely filthy! Covered in seagull poop. It was then washed. Car then had warning ?? on dash board. Service representative was dismissive. Tyre was low. ...
The front parking sensor on the offside had not been put back in place. However I was able to do this myself so I didn't have to return to Ocean Falmouth to have this rectified.
I was advised the car would be ready in 2 hours ie 12 noon. I eventually left bmw at 12.45. The representative at the front desk went to lunch just after 12 and there seemed to be no liason with him and his colleagues as to the availability of the ca
The downgrade of two places arose as I assume from the recall replacement all my settings had been removed without advising me I found out upon my returnto London Also there was Not record of the work undertaken

Just a health check so no service required
As previously explained. Two very expensive hours charged for a simple job.
I have I.B.S. and was kept waiting on the premises from 08.00hrs to 15.30hrs before being allocated a courtesy car whilst in the knowledge the car had to be kept in overnight for it to be re-programmed.
Very helpful, just a bit later finishing than planned
I went in with a strange problem or I thought it was. Monty at Falmouth knew exactly what was wrong & wouldn't let me drive the car away as he was worried it would break down on me. Arranged for someone to run me home & I picked car up the next day.

I would have liked the engine bay to have been cleaned. Having driven 70 miles to Falmouth, I had to queue for 45 minutes for a service representative to be available.

The service was good but my car came back washed and token effort to vacuum and clean the inside of the car, as they stated all cars get washed and valeted

I had the car booked in months in advance but when the time came they serviced the car but did not replaced the part why it was recalled....the only reason why I booked it in so the car had to go in a second time for the same reason.

There was an issue but Alfie the ever best customers friend, sorted it with out fuss cannot fault him in anyway, goes the extra 100 miles. He is an asset to your Company.

Could not find fault with service received.
Good customer service, efficient staff and processes but on the day I waited patiently in the guest area where I was shown to wait for the desk staff. The desk staff then dealt other customers who arrived after me which annoyed me.
The cars were delivered to us with no MOT which Ocean did give us vouchers for. My wifes car was easy as it was done while she waited, mine however was not so easy. Ocean wanted to keep it for a whole day and were not able to give me a courtesy car.
Car wasn't cleaned very well. They no longer supply a courtesy car - you have to pay to use one.

I still have not taken delivery of my new car, as it is being withheld from release due to a recall. Local BMW centre has given me a demonstrator but no date as to when my car will be released !!! Not a good impression of BMW at present
The manager and sales staff are willing to go the extra mile to help the customer
Although I was required to nominate a back-up colour, it wasn't until 8 days after ordering the car that I was informed by BMW UK (by text) that I would get the back-up colour. That was disappointing!
The salesman, Nick communicated all the way through the car ordering and building and delivery process.

This would have been "completely satisfied" were it not for one small detail. It wasn't until we collected the car that we realised the external mirrors on our car didn't fold. It would have helped to have seen a list of what options were fitted.
Considerate salesperson who was knowledgeable about all aspects of the model chosen. Never felt rushed during the test drive or on the day of collection.
