Fault eventually rectified. However it is never straightforward at Ocean. I was advised that the problem could not be fixed until replacement part available. Took car home until part available but not told that boot would not close properly

I did request for my car to be washed because the day before a bird had dirty protest on it so it was covered in shit. Unfortunately the carwash/valet person wasn't there on that day.

The person who served me, was polite and knowledgeable, he explained with clarity why the car had been recalled, and potentially how long the repair would take. He was very helpful with arranging a courtesy car whilst ours was being repaired.

Everyone at Falmouth Ocean went out of their way to make my visit run as smoothly as possible to being offered a cup of coffee when I arrived to having our keys reset and the GPS issue was also resolved satisfactorily.

This time in annual service waited in dealership over 4 hrs for MOT and service. Failed MOT on a tyre had to go back the next day. I would have thought that they would have known earlier and told me so I did not waste my time waiting.

From the kind lady on your front desk to Keri Anne in your service department to the technician who diagnosed and fixed an extremely bothersome electrical fault , I was very impressed with them.

I was supported with time to ensure the warranty provider was contacted and approved payment. This involved extending use of the courtesy car. I was made to feel, by Hattie, that this was not a problem.

Waited nearly 3 hours longer than we were originally told to due to inability to install new software (we were not charged). Car failed MOT on tyres, but no correct tyres in stock so could not be replaced.

Utterly appalling service. Two hours at Ocean on 31.12.24 - confessed they had no engineer who could do a map update. Returned on 03.01.25 as requested - 100 minutes later still no map update. A joke. What compensation is available for poor service ?

After being booked in for around 3 months I dropped off the car at 08.30 when they opened, checked it in and yet the car was still on the ramps at 17.30 and kept over-night which caused us some unexpected transport problems. Should have been informed

Tyres & windscreen wipers were shown as 'RED' on feedback but on further questions we were told actually they are not imminent issues! Even on purchasing our vehicle we had doubts about information given to us or lack of.

The recall issue was carried out quickly and your staff kept me informed on the progress of service. I did get a phone call from Josh asking if he could do a valuation on my vehicle but I didn't hear back from him.

Waiting appointment took 4.5 hours to change brake fluid & cabin filter. No health check video. VRN incorrect on paperwork as was spelling of surname. Requested service plan quote - not received. The service advisor was pleasant and professional.

The whole process was completely impersonal as drop off and collection of keys is now automatic. I received no paperwork or MOT certificate and had to ring three times to get feedback on my service. I found the MOT advisories on the DVLA website.

Not enough updates, when told it would be done between 5-5.15 and to arrive for 5 we stood around out the front for 20 minutes waiting for the call we where told would come to confirm ready for collection.
