Lead to believe was in for an hour or so, but took a lot longer. Was offered a lift home, which was only finally provuded when the sales manager stepped in to help

We had a much longer wait than was necessary due we were told to an emergency case taking precedence (unknown to us until the end). Once the service was done, it was done well.
